This limited-edition sake is brewed using Okayama’s specialty rice [Oomachi], and the Association 1801 yeast, which is usually used for brewing Daiginjo. Although it is pure rice wine, it has a fruity aroma of Ginjo and the rich flavor brought by the raw wine from [Ommachi]. The taste is sweet and it is very suitable for cold drinks.
